Understanding on the community
Life between Buildings is an Urban Living Experimental Laboratory Concept regarding using the in-between spaces - the “third place ” to create social and public spaces for community.
In the research for future home/residence model, the projects' design explore “Life between Buildings” and turn into an Urban Living Journey for Future Live, Work and Play Spaces. The research on ‘place’ is to study the relationship between space and event. Space is not the background of activities, but the inner nature of these activities.
Personas and User Analyze
Developed 4 target groups as persona based on the primary and secondary research and simplify user's behaviour and activities into 16 daily community scenarios by spatial model
'How the Light Seed Residence works?'
Light Seed Residence aims to develop a eco-credit system as a living hub into LightBe Community development.
Developed 4 target groups as persona based on the primary and secondary research and simplify user's behaviour and activities into 16 daily community scenarios by spatial model
People can be defined with personas into different user groups and each generates their own user pattern from their respective timeline.
- ROOF -
There is also multiple scenarios can happen for different user groups at the same time
- TERRACE -
Terrace introduces a sliding partition system to create different scenarios for leisure activities to happen: open, close, corner and random.
- CHILDREN DEVELOPMENT -
On the main level where learning activities are the main focus, various modules to create different combinations for varieties of children activities to happen.
- WOMEN DEVELOPMENT -
It helps foster community bonding and is more suited for an increasingly mobile generation where families have long work hours and families at residence can exchange in terms of everyday life support.
